Refund policy

We want you to love your KitchenWow purchase. If you're not
completely satisfied, we're here to help.

RETURNS
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request
a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same
condition you received it.

We will not accept returns without prior approval.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment
method within 5–10 business days.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48
hours of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right immediately
— no return needed.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items returned after 30 days
- Items showing signs of use or damage caused by the customer

SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer,
unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
